I'm not sure what are the outside limits on wishing friends a happy New Year, but January 30th has got to be pushing it.
Sorry about that.
But as you'll see if you check out the timeline to the right, Brad and I have been busy adding a new, little Ethiopian chef to our kitchen. We don't yet know his name, or how old he is, but we're already totally and completely in love with him.
We'll keep you updated as we travel along what we've been told is likely to be a bumpy road. But considering the journey our little guy will have made before he meets us, whatever obstacles we experience will be nothing in comparison.
And will be 100% worth it.
In the meantime, sit back, relax, and have a cake pop. Or two. And please excuse me if they're a little stale by now.
